FUNDING SERVICES

What is PHN funding?

Primary Health Networks (PHNs) are organisations established across Australia to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of medical services. These networks focus on coordinating primary health care, addressing local needs, and bridging gaps in the health system.

Funded by the Australian Government, PHNs play a crucial role in tailoring health services to meet specific local needs, with a focus on areas such as mental health, Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander health, and digital health initiatives.
